This building, which is organized along an efficient linear service core, is composed of a panelized facade system of precast concrete and multiple glass assemblies that are arranged to minimize solar gain. The relatively narrow floorplate allows for enhanced daylighting and views to the outside while optimizing the amount of sunlight entering each office. Each office will have natural light and panoramic views of the historic Navy Yard and the Philadelphia skyline. The ground floor will house retail space and a cafe for employees and future residents around the site. The project has been awarded a LEED Gold certification.
